Our day of coordinator will be there to make sure that your wedding goes smoothly so you don't have to worry.  We will be there to take care of any bump in the road that may arise and allow you time to enjoy your day with your family and friends.

• Going over the timeline and vendor requirements at least one week in advance   of the event.

•  Attending the wedding rehearsal the day before to go over any last minute updates.

• Assisting the bride and wedding party with dressing, photo schedules.

• Guiding the bridal party through processional and recessional.

• Checking details both big (final head count for caterer, number of place settings) and small (placement of favors, menus and napkin folds).

• Checking the venue layout plans for the day.

• Curing all wedding professionals.

• Collection of gifts and personal items, inventory for safe removal by the bride/groom or family member.

• Deposit required to reserve date
